I just posted a video with step by step advice on how to put a youtube video on your website so it plays on the page itself.
It’s very simple.
1) Just go to youtube
2) Push the share button
3) Click on embed
4) Save the code
5) Go to your wordpress webpage post or page
6) Click on TEXT tab on the right side of the content rectangle
7) Paste in the code where you want to place the video
8) Publish / Save your post or page
And you’re done!

I asked a little a while ago:
Is it possible to have a youtube video in my website and this some video don’t show up on the youtube website? I mean, people will not be able to check it out on the youtube.
and you replied right the way:
+Rafael Fournet If you have it unlisted in youtube I think you can paste it into your website and no one will see it on youtube
But honestly, I could not do it, doesn’t work at all. Am I doing anything wrong ?
